I work across all Europe with both global brands and startups (VAG, Rolex, Sixt, Pernod Ricard, Caterpillar, Endeavor, Polkastarter and more). My job is to make your team’s life easier and your event look its best.

In most cases, I personally photograph your event (Nikita Kruglov, chief photographer). If your date or event scale requires it, we can also assign another photographer from our team—always agreed with you in advance and matched to the same style and workflow.

Video is always handled by a dedicated videographer from our team, so you get consistent coverage and reliable delivery.
What’s included in corporate event photography coverage for conferences and MICE events?
 
Corporate event photography coverage typically includes keynotes and panels, networking and candid moments, VIP/guest arrivals, venue atmosphere, and sponsor branding (booths, signage, activations).

You receive a curated and edited gallery designed for PR, LinkedIn, website updates, and sponsor reports. Optional add-ons: same-day highlights, speaker portraits, group photos, and coverage of parallel sessions.
How many photos will we receive for a conference / corporate event?
 
The number of photos depends on the event format, number of attendees, and how many areas we cover (stage + networking + expo). As a reference, you can expect approximately 250-400 edited photos day for a standard corporate event.

When do we get the final gallery, and do you offer same-day highlights in Lisbon?
 
Standard turnaround for event photography is 2-4 business days after the event. For conferences, we can also deliver same-day highlights if you need it for social media and press updates.

Multi-day events can also be delivered day-by-day so you can publish while the conference is still happening.
How do you deliver the photos, and can you provide formats for web/LinkedIn/press?
 
We deliver photos via Vigbo online gallery and videos via WeTransfer with easy download and sharing options.
All photos are ready for publication on LinkedIn, Instagram, websites and press releases. Online galleries also allow you to download photos in full size (approximately 5500px) and in small format (2500px).
What are the usage rights and licensing for corporate event photos?
 
By default, corporate clients receive a license for marketing and communications use: website, social media, PR, internal materials, and partner recap content—according to the license scope you will choose.
If you need broader rights (e.g., paid advertising, global multi-brand use, sponsor redistribution), we can include that in the agreement upfront.

For multi-day conferences and MICE events, we provide a clear quote based on your run-of-show and requirements. When you book multiple days, a multi-day discount always applies (typically 15% to 40%)—package bookings are significantly more cost-effective than booking single days separately.
Do we need a second photographer for conferences with multiple rooms?
 
If your conference has parallel sessions, multiple stages, or large venues, a second photographer is often the best way to cover everything properly.

We’ll recommend the right team size based on your agenda and goals, so you get full coverage of stage + networking + expo + branding without gaps.
