If you need broader rights (e.g., paid advertising, global multi-brand use, sponsor redistribution), we can include that in the agreement upfront.

Full-day coverage is usually in the 1100–1300€ range, and the final price varies depending on factors like the agenda complexity, number of locations/rooms, required deliverables, and whether you need same-day highlights or an additional photographer.
For multi-day conferences and MICE events, we provide a clear quote based on your run-of-show and requirements. When you book multiple days, a multi-day discount always applies (typically 15% to 40%)—package bookings are significantly more cost-effective than booking single days separately.
We’ll recommend the right team size based on your agenda and goals, so you get full coverage of stage + networking + expo + branding without gaps.
The final price is strongly influenced by timing and event type. Formats like gala dinners, expos, and off-site/outdoor events usually require more resources and more advanced skills—especially when shooting in challenging, mixed, or low light, on large venues, or across multiple areas.
Other key pricing factors include editing deadlines (standard vs. rush turnaround), the number of final images you need, whether retouching is required, and whether we need to add a second photographer to cover parallel sessions, large spaces, or to ensure full coverage without gaps.
